For the last 10+ years, I’ve been working in Austin's hospitality, including various roles in hotels, catering companies, wedding venues, and even service management
at Austin’s Visitor Bureau. I’ve also been part of over 100+ weddings — and now I coordinate weddings and connect Austin’s newly engaged couples to their dream venues. With what started out as a passion for Austin's thriving tourism, I went from working at various hotels and landed me on the Convention Services team at the Austin Visitors Bureau for five years. Then after a COVID pivot, my line of work became needed in the wedding space. I began working at a luxury wedding venue and found a deep passion for weddings and guiding couples throughout planning.
I'm passionate about work/life balance which is why I love owning my own business that provides me with flexibility. When I'm not at a wedding, planning or on a call, you can most always find I'm taking a moment to pause at a park or one of Austin's family attractions with my two young girls. I want my girls to see how you can essentially coordinate your day to day to include work and play with dedication and discipline.

We started talking in August '24 to plan a March '25 wedding, so things happened very quickly. I wanted my wedding in central Texas, but I was planning the wedding from out of state. Samantha found a list of venues that matched my desired style, budget, and location. We reviewed them together, and I wound up picking one of her suggestions as the final venue. She was super responsive and supportive during the whole process, and she worked around me being out of state for all communications.
