WhereAbouts Wedding Co, founded and operated by Samantha Been, started because she knew the biggest hurdle to planning “the perfect day” boiled down to one important thing: Finding the right wedding venue!
While it’s important to think about what the day will entail and how the space will be designed, you can’t properly plan for any of that without the right venue.
So Samantha set out to offer venue sourcing and booking services to Austin’s newly engaged couples. She has over a decade of experience in hospitality, including various roles in hotels, catering companies, wedding venues, and even service management at Austin’s Visitor Bureau. She’s been on many different sides of the hospitality industry, but weddings are where her heart is.
